This program connects qualified applicants with Canadian farm employers who require skilled and unskilled agricultural workers. AGCL facilitates the process at no extra cost to applicants beyond a mandatory logistics fee.

Through our strong partnerships with Canadian agricultural employers, we facilitate visa sponsorship opportunities that help fill labor shortages in key farming sectors. AGCL ensures that workers are matched with the right employers based on their skills and preferences while assisting with the necessary documentation and logistics to make the process seamless.
By acting as the bridge between international job seekers and Canadian farms, AGCL enhances workforce mobility, supports agricultural productivity, and upholds ethical recruitment practices—making this sponsorship package a success for all parties involved.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess basic English or French communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Be physically fit and capable of performing farm-related tasks.
Have prior farm work experience (an advantage but not compulsory).
Provide all necessary documentation, including a valid passport and medical clearance.

BEYOND JUST FARMING
Types of Farm Jobs Available
Applicants may be placed in various farming sectors, including but not limited to:
Crop Farming (vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, etc.)
Dairy Farming (cows, milk production, cheese processing)
Livestock Farming (cattle, goats, pigs, poultry, etc.)
Aquaculture/Fish Farming (salmon, trout, shrimp, shellfish, etc.)
Greenhouse & Horticulture (flowers, ornamental plants, hydroponics)
Mixed Farming (combination of livestock and crops)
Beekeeping (honey production, pollination services)
Forestry & Tree Farming (nursery management, sustainable logging)
Crop Farming (vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, etc.)

FEES
Fees and Refund Policy
AGCL does not charge applicants any additional fees beyond the US$150 Logistics Fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs such as document handling, employer matching, and logistical support.
Refund Policy
Withdrawal Within 15 Days of Payment: Applicants who wish to withdraw from the program can do so within 15 days of payment and request for refund, hoewever may not get 100% refund as some administrative deductions will be taken before refunding the balance.
Withdrawal After 15 Days: No refunds will be provided after 15 days as applicants’ documents would have been forwarded to appropriate farm employers and AGCL’s logistics services will have been completed.

Applicants are mandated to provide a US$150 Logistics Fee in support of the profile sorting and processing, this must be paid before the profiles are forwarded to the employers.
Document Review & Submission:
AGCL reviews all submitted documents and forwards them to Canadian farm employers.
Employer Review & Selection:
Canadian farm employers assess applications based on the following criterias:
Health status (medical clearance may be required).
Experience level (where necessary).
Preferred Province (if no employer is available in the requested location, applicants may need to adjust preferences).
Visa Application Documentation:
If selected, the applicant will proceed with documentation and visa processing at their own cost.
Travel & Job Placement: Upon visa approval, applicants will be guided on travel arrangements and employment onboarding.
Refund Policy

AGCL is not responsible for visa denials or delays caused by third-party agencies, government policies, or employer decisions.
