This terms and conditions also guide our refund policy gives our clients an overview of what we accept and what we don't accept before, during and after application submission. We only offer max of 60 days refunds in case clients indicates opting out our services. likewise, a money back guarantees up to the tune of 50% in case of refusal and where total full fees are earlier paid, but where there is part payment is paid, there won't be any refunds as money spent on documentations does not return to us either.

Refunds and Return Policy

Read and understand our policy before beginning of transaction

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last only for 30 days. If after 30 days have passed since the first day of transactions, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange in services.

Kindly note that we are service oriented or service providers organization, and our services are based on the guides given on the website of the embassy we advised client to travel to base on their eligibility assessment.

Kindly note that the services we are providing are digital, and if services provided are not in your name, we may offer a refund up to the tune of 30% from the total amount paid to us provided that the services are returnable

Several types of services are exempt from being returned.

A Nigeria certificate of incorporation registered in your name (if contracted to us) cannot be returned.
A foreign company certificate of incorporation registered in your name cannot be returned.
A foreign business operation license obtained in your name cannot be returned.
Website (If contracted to us) Cannot be closed or resell to another client and therefore remain non-refundable.
Visa Fees are not refundable as we cannot get those back from government of the country client opted in for, this includes (Visa Fee, Biometric Fee for first applicants)

All the above-mentioned information and documents are strictly not returnable or refundable because they are digital and all belong to the clients after they are obtained, and they all have an attached service charges to obtain them from the concerned government or organization.

Termination

With advisory services and other immigration related services in order to help the global community, we are sure of positive result and expected delivery however government may by any reason known to them only refuse any visa application whatsoever.

Governing Law

These Terms is governed and construed in accordance with the constitution of the country where this form is being filled in without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and the clients, and thus supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us and the clients regarding the Service whether verbal or written

Refund Policies.

We understand how impatience clients can become when and after payment is made, we also understand how touches people can be when their visa application did not return positive in case of any visa refusal, we have thereby state in clear terms below.

Aerocone Immigration Nigeria does not have power over visa approval or refusal of any submitted visa applications as we are not in any partnership or affiliation with any government of any country.
IRCC or USCIS has all sole rights to approve or refuse any applications whether based on the application histories, submitted documents, or if they think the applicant might become a threat to their own citizens whether on criminal or health grounds.
Clients should understand that refused application does not mean the applicant is not eligible or can no longer be granted visa, IRCC or USCIS may be looking for affirmation in the documentation to ascertained that the applicants know what was submitted.
Based on the above, Aerocone Immigration Nigeria have set the following policies to guide and guard the organization in the events of refund request:
1. We shall offer full refunds MINUS Administrative Charges of 15% IF applicant indicate opting out of our service(s) between the 1st to 30th day of initial contractual payment, this is referred to as information gathering period where we are still gathering information about the package we are doing for them.
2. We shall offer 50% refunds IF Client indicate opting out of our entire service(s) between 31st to 60th days of initial contractual payment.
3. After the grace of 60th days, we shall not by any chances offer any refunds whatsoever to anyone as the job would have already been at its full stage of procurement as we cannot change the information obtained from any clients into another client’s information because each clients have their unique information with different requirements before they became eligible for the package opted for, therefore refunds request in this scenario won’t be welcomed.
4. Since we have no control on the submitted visa application, we therefore cannot take any responsibilities for any refusal because the application also cost us a loss of additional 25% added to the 50% paid by the client in order for the job to be completed except for those clients who offered to pay 100% of the payment at the initial stage.
5. Meanwhile Aerocone Immigration Nigeria only takes 50% of the charges given to the clients and which requires an additional fee of about 25% to complete the documentation, and should there be any refusal, we also lost our added 25%.
6. Wherefore REFUNDS ARE ONLY VALID where the applicant PAID IN FULL plus all applicable fees at once or as applicable with evidences of Payment receipt proven that the full payment was paid, then we have an obligation to refund 40% to 50% back to the clients and that is when they have a refusal on the application submitted to IRCC on their behalf and they indicate (NO FURTHER INTEREST) in resubmission of new application going forward.
7. However, where there is only 50% of contractual payment is paid, we shall have no obligation to pay back any refunds at all to any clients in case of any visa application refusal, in this case, we advise clients to seek legal advice before accepting the terms or before making payment at all because our response as a Limited Liability Entity may not be in ANY client’s or representative’s favour otherwise.
8. In the event of New Application after refusal, the client shall be charged a supporting visa application fee plus an Employment Compliance Fee as applicable to visa application type in order to effect the resubmission process.
9. THEREFORE, NO STAFF SHALL BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUSAL BASED ON GOVERNMENT FINAL DECISION ON THE VISA APPLICATION IN THE CASE OF REFUND REQUEST.
10. SHOULD THE ABOVE TERMS NOT BE SATISFACTORY, WE ENCOURAGE CLIENTS TO PURSUE RESOLUTION THROUGH COURT PROCEEDINGS.
  1. AEROCONE IMMIGRATION NIGERIA WILL REMAIN FULLY AVAILABLE TO APPEAR IN COURT AND PRESENT OUR DEFENSE AS NECESSARY.
11. Aerocone Immigration Nigeria has no authority or control over visa approvals and accepts no responsibility for any refusals under any circumstances. Additionally, we disclaim responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
  
  By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Aerocone Immigration Nigeria shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses resulting from or alleged to result from issues related to your visa application. Our role is to provide diligent and professional support, ensuring that all required documents are accurately prepared and submitted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS POLICY WILL BECOME ACTIVE AND EFFECTED IMMEDIATELY THE CLIENT MADE THE INITIAL PART PAYMENT OR THE WHOLE PAYMENT FOR THE PACKAGE AS CLIENTS’ MAY DECIDED.
